Divi Font Awesome Plugin
A WordPress Plugin Developed by Delhi Developer

We just developed a new WordPress Plugin for developers who use Divi Builder for WordPress. This theme lets you use Font-Awsome Icons in Divi Theme Blurbs Module. Divi’s built in icons are just too limited to be used in all scenarios. Which icons library could be more comprehensive than our beloved Font Awesome Library. Using this plugin all you need to do is to add one or two custom CSS Class ID’s to your blurbs and you will get a font-awsome icon instead of Divi’s in built icon on your website.
How to get the plugin?
Just Download the plugin from here: Divi Font Awesome Plugin
How to install?
Just activate the plugin and start using it. No configuration or settings are needed. To learn how to use it with divi just visit this page:How to use Divi Font Awesome Plugin.
How to use it?
To use font-awesome icons instead of the Divi’s inbuilt icons in the Divi Blurbs module, just follow the following steps:-
Step 1:
Install and activate the theme.
Step 2:
Create a new Blurb using the Divi Builder.
Step 3:
Choose “Yes” in the “Use Icon” option of the blurb.
Step 4:
From the list of in-built Divi Icons, just choose any icon for now. It will not be visible in the front-end anyways.
Step 5:
Click on “Custom CSS” tab. And type the font awesome classes in the “CSS Class” option. But with a small twist. Just use “fab” in place of “fa” for the name of the classes. Like if you were to add “fa fa-pencil” to the CSS Class then instead add “fab fab-pencil”. Just remember one very important point here. This very important point is that “fab” here stands for “fabulous”.
Step 6:
Development is a tiring job. So, just take a break. I just had to break it down to too many steps for those who read “programming for DUMMIES”.
